As a Housekeeping supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for all guests.
Duties
Perform cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, to follow cleaning schedule
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain an appealing environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, ensuring they are stocked as needed.
Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
